Everyone starts small - just like us.
Together, step by step, we have turned a shared vision into something great.
We are proud of that.
Our family business has existed since 1958 as Metzgerei Niederbrunner and was changed in 2023 to the name Berggenuss.
Why the name Berggenuss?
We would like to connect our origin and the origin of our ingredients in this way. Our production site is located in the middle of the mountains at 1230 m above sea level in the beautiful Mühlwaldertal. The ingredients and the special taste of our products, come from our forests, which are located in front of our door.
Our company is already run in the second generation with great passion for our craft.
